CANSU ELEKTRİK ÜRETİM A.Ş.
Situated in the borough limits of Murgul in the City of Artvin -an Eastern Black Sea Region city which has  borders with Georgia-, Cansu Hydroelectric Power Plant is a river-type power plant owned and operated by Cansu Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. Source water for that power plant is provided by Kabaca Stream, the main branch Murgul Creek that one of the side branches of Çoruh River.
Cansu HPP is awarded with a 49-year production license by Energy Market Regulatory Body based on its resolution no. EÜ/373-2 dated 12.10.2004.
Overall capacity of the regulator and the facilities that are constructed around the river mouth has been defined and designed as 5,00m3/hour.
With its 11,34 MW installed capacity, Cansu Hydroelectric Power Plant’s  production capacity is 51.571 GWh/year.  

  MERAL ELEKTRİK ÜRETİM A.Ş.
Situated in the borough limits of Tortum in the City of Erzurum –an Eastern Anatolian city-, Esendurak Hydroelectric Power Plant is a river-type power plant owned and operated by Meral Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. Source water for that power plant is provided by Alapınar Stream, a side branch of Tortum Creek that one of the side branches of Çoruh River.
Esendurak HPP is awarded with a “46-year 5-month 27-day” production license by Energy Market Regulatory Body based on its resolution no. EÜ/2132-6 dated 17.06.2009. 
With its 9,52 MW installed capacity, Esendurak Hydroelectric Power Plant’s  production capacity is 42.421 GWh/year. 



 
SPOR YAPI İNŞAAT TAAHHÜT SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş.
Though initially established back in 1992 for the purposes of construction and undertaking business, in passage of time Spor Yapı has become a specialist in the construction of sports facilities. Having successfully completed almost 60 projects by 2006, Spor Yapı is especially specialised in sports facilities and landscaping. Having completed some major projects such as Galatasaray Sports Club, Beşiktaş Nevzat Demir Facilities, Beşiktaş İnönü Stadium, Trabzon Avni Aker Stadium, Attürk Olympiad Stadium and Ankara Hippodrome, Spor Yapı has constructed 11 athletics tracks to IAAF Standards. 

Having decided to go into the energy sector in 2004 in line with the resolution adopted by the Board, Spor Yapı has obtained 3 x HEPP licenses and thus simply concentrated on the construction of HEPP’s and acted as the main contractor for the Meral Group.  Construction of Cansu HEPP in Artvin/Murgul was completed by Spor Yapı as the Main Contractor and Investor/Operator as its initial HEPP project which was put into operation in 2008. Following the Cansu HEPP project, Spor Yapı as the Main Contractor and Investor/Operator has commenced with the construction of Esendurak HEPP in Erzurum/Tortum which was put into operation in 2012.    

In addition to construction of sports facilities and HEPP’s, Spor Yapı is also involved in the production of good quality natural lawn on a 100-acre land owned by the company’s shareholders. In addition to those activities, In 2012, following the selection of foreign partners and installed all qualified personnel, Spor Yapı has also entered into manufacturing of Green Roofs and Green Walls; though rather new to Turkish market it has already become wide spread around the world, following the completion of infrastructure works that were begun in 2011.
